Steve Randall believes that the Western world is in the midst
of a crisis about work. All the old structures, paradigms, models,
and processes are breaking down; new paradigms and processes
are introduced and then changed in turn. And this breakdown and
replacement process seems to be accelerating.
Dr. Randall worked in Silicon Valley, California for twenty
years and watched attempts to fix this crisis by government programs
and regulations, corporate reorganizations and downsizings, quality
programs, and new technologies. He concluded that the typical
kind of quick fix wouldn't do. He believes we need a vision that
isn't focused primarily on productivity, a vision that puts caring
for customer and employee on a par with profits.
For years Dr. Randall reviewed the literature, searching for
a vision that was not only more effective and balanced, but showed
no limitations whatsoever. He didn't find one, so recently he
wrote Results in No Time
to introduce a vision of work that

In 1987 Dr. Randall brought this passion for excellence to
the foreground in founding his company, Results
in No Time, which is dedicated to helping people optimize
health and well-being while producing highest-quality results.
Dr. Stephen Randall earned an M.C.S. in Computer Science from
Texas A&M followed by an M.A. and Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology
from the California Institute of Integral Studies. He taught
computer science and wrote and edited technical manuals for Tandem
Computers, Sysorex, and Hewlett-Packard, and has consulted and
has presented seminars for Results in No
Time for nine years. He co-founded the Time,
Space, and Knowledge Association and served as its President
for five years.
For more than twenty years, Stephen Randall's career has bridged
the two very different worlds of computer science and counseling
psychology. This experience has provided him with rare insight,
experience, and skillfulness to educate and empower those facing
the fast-paced world of high-tech.
