What is Results in No Time?
Results in No Time is probably the only one-stop time management shop. Our consulting and seminars combine the best of conventional time management (CTM) with inner time management (ITM), a discipline that Dr. Steve Randall started developing in 1985.
RiNT doesn't promise--as CTM usually does--to solve time-control problems solely by identifying values and goals and organizing effectively. RiNT doesn't reject--as Inner Time Management (ITM) usually does--thinking about the future and using clock time. By combining the best of CTM and ITM, Results in No Time opens the door to true peak performance.
What is the mission?
We help people change time-stress and pressure into usable energy, making it possible to get results in no time, peak performance in the workplace. To do this, we design and implement stress reduction and productivity improvement programs tailored to your particular needs. Results in No Time integrates a focus on producing bottom-line results with a concern for optimizing the health and well-being of the employee.
Results in No Time aims to be the leading expert provider of comprehensive, cutting-edge time management solutions.
How you can benefit from services of Results in No Time:
A Focus on Performance and Results
- Measurable results and improvement are the focus. Training is one means for enhancing performance, but coaching, online learning, etc., are used as appropriate.
- Results in No Time commits to agreed-upon results, and doesn't limit communication, meetings attended, or involvement.
Customized to Your Needs
- You choose the desired level of performance improvement, and the instruments and indicators to measure performance.
- Conventional time management and Inner Time management methods are used as appropriate.
Top-quality, Cutting-edge Services
- Results in No Time is unique in presenting time management within the context of a comprehensive, cutting-edge vision of optimal work.
- We extend the typical scope of time management by teaching to directly cut through various feelings that waste time: confusion, tiredness, indecision, scatteredness, time pressure and anxiety, negative emotion, and our ordinary feeling of time flowing. True peak performance is possible only by including these ITM methods.
- Franklin-Covey's purportedly new generation of time management is not qualitatively different: (1) it still focuses on what tasks we do, and (2) tasks are presumed to occur within an objective flow of time.
Comprehensive and Balanced Approach
- We aim to simultaneously optimize (1) productivity, (2) well-being, (3) quality, and (4) work capacity. This balanced approach fosters lasting, continual improvement, and produces better long-term, bottom-line results than quick-fix, results-driven approaches.
- We combine conventional time management (CTM) to plan what to do, and teach inner time management (ITM) to optimize how we do things, but value both and do not focus solely on either of these approaches as most time management businesses do.
- No values are suggested or imposed. While based on peak performance research, our approach is completely nonsectarian.
Easy Course Access
- Help is always available via our comprehensive, web-based resources: articles and mental and physical exercises that are effective to handle a wide scope of time management tasks and issues
Flexible Options
- Our programs may use in-house workshops and brown bags, use of a corporate university, web-based individual study and practice, email conferencing, conflict resolution, meeting facilitation, one-on-one coaching, phone dialog, periodic inventories and charting of workload/productivity/time-stress, open office hours, readings, and journal keeping.
- Our approach is customized, rather than the one-size-fits-all approach of large vendors.
Measurable Results
- You choose the desired level of time-stress reduction and performance improvement, and the instruments and measures you want to use to measure progress. We offer six different levels of mastery of time pressures:
- Being at the effect of the pressure; thinking that it's normal
- Knowing CTM skills for determining priorities and organizing work
- Understanding that it's possible to transform virtually all time pressure
- Being able to reduce time stress by 50% during a break
- Being able to reduce time stress by 50% while working
- Never letting pressure get established in experience
Cost
- Our fees for training, consulting, and organizers/materials are competitive with, and in most cases, lower than those of major vendors.
- Fees are dependent upon the levels of time-stress reduction or performance improvement realized.

In Time Lock, Ralph Keyes describes our current condition as the time equivalent of gridlock on our highways. Our lives are so filled with things we must do or should do, let alone the things we want to do, that we feel trapped, literally unable to do anything. . . . Timelock persists and gets worse despite the fact that time management concepts are widespread. . . . With their emphasis on getting more done in less time, too many approaches to managing time are more part of the problem than of the solution.
Many corporations are aware that they need to alter how they perceive time and its relationship to personal satisfaction if they mean to remain competitive. This change of attitude is gaining wide acceptance as more businesses tabulate the economic and social implications of an unsatisfied or unfulfilled work force. --Hunt and Hait, The Tao of Time
Until we learn to control time consciously, our lives will continue to speed away from us, and we won't even notice the beauty or the events around us. We'll simply be left with the feeling that something's missing, something's disappeared. --Rechtschaffen, Time Shifting
Today, for individuals as well as for members of the workforce, shifting rhythm is essential not only to physical and mental well-being, but also to improved productivity. A good many management consultants believe this as much as I do. --Rechtschaffen, Time Shifting
