Need More Time? Find Time Between Moments
A 3-4 hour workshop.
Does your job challenge you to produce very quickly while making few mistakes? Is it possible to deal with such constant pressure without gradually burning out? What if you were able to continually accelerate and remain calm--to constantly challenge the limits to how much you can accomplish and simultaneously improve your energy level and well-being?
We'll do an exercise to see how pressure and anxiety are related to positions we take in observing time. Then we'll do a card sorting exercise and a mental-event counting exercise a number of times to experiment with accelerating our activities while remaining in an undisturbed, timeless space--like the eye of a hurricane. The counting exercise will also show how to quickly cut through negative emotions that waste time.
